MOVIE NIGHT & YOUTH PROTECTION
FRIDAY, JANUARY 13TH
Have your Scout enjoy a family-friendly movie while you go to Youth Protection Training!
We'll watch the kiddos, give them hot chocolate and popcorn, and you can head to class [also free]
just down the hallway and get your Youth Protection Training done!
Please remember: FOR ALL ADULTS - IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND ANY CAMPING EVENTS, YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING IS REQUIRED
This training can also be done online, but it is MUCH more fun in an in-person group!
Certification is good for 2 years, and is NO-COST

Movie title is a secret, but it will definitely be great for all ages!
This is an all-family event, so siblings and other adults are welcome!
Remember to have your Scout bring:
a hot travel mug [with a lid!], pillow, sleeping bag, or beanbag,
and feel free to wear PJ's!

We will have a pack meeting with advancement and a presentation about Camp Sunrise!
This is also the EARLY BIRD payment due date for Camp!
!!!!!! SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING CAMP SUNRISE !!!!!!!
If you are planning to send your Scout to Camp Sunrise this summer [July 16-21]
you can take advantage of the EARLY BIRD pricing of $335 for the week!
To do this, your deposit of $100 is due to the Pack NO LATER THAN January 27th. There are NO exceptions.
If you do not pay your $100 deposit for the Early Bird, but still plan to attend Sunrise,
the first payment of $100 will be due on February 18th at the Blue & Gold.
Total for Camp on this payment schedule will be $360.
For BOTH regular and early bird, subsequent payments will be due on 3/18 and 4/7.
We hope your Scout is excited about Sunrise! Come to the January 27th Pack meeting to learn more!
BIG CHANGE ROUNDUP
Each Saturday in February, one of our Dens will be collecting change for the
Big Change Roundup
UVM Children's Hospital
Following are the assignments of the Dens:
February 4 - Wolves
February 11 - Bears
February 18 - Arrow of Light
February 25 - Webelos & Tigers

This year, we will have a LUAU Theme, so bring your Hawaiian Shirts if you've got 'em!
This dinner is always POT-LUCK
Please try to have your food match our theme, like, Hawaiian Chicken, or tropical fruit tray, etc.
The following Dens are in charge of the food listed. Please bring enough to feed 12.
Tigers - milk [1 gallon per Scout is sufficient]
Wolves - Entrees
Bears - Salad/Appetizers/Sides
Webelos - Entrees
Arrow of Light - honored guests, no need to bring anything!
If you or someone in your family has specific food requirements [food allergy, gluten-free, vegetarian],
please be sure to BRING something safe for that family member to eat
